1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the REDitors website, platform, or Adobe Premiere Pro plugin (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, subscribers, and affiliates. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

2 The Service

REDitors provides AI-powered tools for Adobe Premiere Pro, which may include Auto-Captions, Silence Remover, AI Speech Cut, Title Animator, and related features (collectively, the “Tools”). The Service may change over time as we improve performance, add features, or retire older functionality.

We strive for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3 Accounts & Registration

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@reditors.com if you suspect unauthorized access

Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, abuse promotions, or manipulate the affiliate program is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

4 Subscriptions & Billing

REDitors may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Refunds & guarantees: If a refund or money-back guarantee applies to your purchase, the eligibility window and rules are shown at checkout and/or on our pricing page. To request a refund, contact support@reditors.com. We may deny refund requests in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or other misuse.
• Price changes: Prices may change. If your plan’s price changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required, and any changes will apply at renewal unless stated otherwise.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.

5 Credits

Some features may use time-based allowances, usage limits, or credits. Limits may reset on a schedule (for example, daily or monthly) depending on the feature and plan.

• Usage limits and allowances may vary by plan and may change over time
• Credits, if offered, are generally non-transferable between accounts
• Purchased credits, if offered, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing errors

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the plugin
• Automate requests in a way that abuses or overloads our infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, the plugin, or access to the Tools without written permission
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts, automation, or technical means
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Use the Service to process content belonging to others without authorization

7 Intellectual Property

The REDitors platform, plugin, website, logos, trademarks, and all associated software and content are owned by REDitors or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal use or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to resell the Service, provide it as a service bureau, or commercially exploit access to the Tools without permission.

8 Your Content

You retain ownership of your video, audio, and text content (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process Your Content solely to provide the requested features and to maintain and improve Service reliability and security.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not sell Your Content. For transcription and similar features, the plugin may transmit audio to our servers for processing. Our retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9 Affiliate Program

If you participate in the REDitors Affiliate Program, additional terms apply:

• Commission rates can vary by tier and may change over time. Your current rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard or at the time you are approved.
• Commissions are paid on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link
• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, chargeback schemes, or undisclosed incentivized signups) may result in termination and forfeiture
• A minimum payout threshold may apply. Payout methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, or crypto as available in your dashboard.
• We may withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, policy violations, or payment disputes

10 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. AI transcription results may contain errors — always review outputs before publishing.

REDitors is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certified partner of Adobe Systems Incorporated. "Adobe Premiere Pro" is a trademark of Adobe Inc.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDITORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay outstanding charges
• Pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service

You may close your account from your account settings. Account deletion and retention details are described in our Privacy Policy (some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes).

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at support@reditors.com.

If informal resolution does not work, disputes may be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction or through arbitration, depending on what is permitted and required under applicable law.
